Q: I have not received goods. What can I do?
A: Please Track the parcel check the package status: 
If the package is in transit with a normal logistic update:
According to our past experience, the majority of the packages will be delivered within the time frame promised by us. If your package does not arrive by the promised time, please open a dispute and we will help you then. We appreciate your patience.
 
Q: I have not received my refund. What can I do?
A: The method of the refund relies on the method of the payment. For instance, if you used a credit card to pay, the refund will be processed to the same card with which the payment was made.

Q: How to cancel my order?

A: Before payment: you can cancel the order directly; Order status is "Awaiting Shipment”: need seller's  approval for your cancellation request;After goods are sent out: cannot cancel the order (you can
reject/return the goods after it is delivered to you).

Q: How to fix payment issues?

Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Please take easy that the fund is guaranteed as We know how important your money is and we make sure that the refund is handled accordingly.
Usually, it takes 3-20 business days, varying with different banks, for buyers to receive a refund after the refund is successfully processed by Us.You may check the order details to confirm whether the refund has been successfully processed.
